6-gun automatic welding
Product introduction
The 6-gun automatic welding is specially developed for angle steel welding of civil defense doorframe, which realizes automatic welding of angle steel and embedded strip. After blanking, the angle steel and embedded strip need not be manually processed, and manual line drawing and spot welding are not needed. Only the angle steel and embedded strip need to be stuffed into the feed inlet, and the finished product falls directly from the discharge outlet. This equipment can realize welding by 6 guns at the same time, which greatly improves the welding efficiency, equivalent to 4~8 welders working at the same time. Since the labor cost and risk are reduced, the waste caused by manual welding is also decreased. This 6-gun automatic welding mainly consists of machine tool frame, combined positioning tooling, servo drive, control system (operation panel), welding machine power supply, welding gun, etc.
1. The stability and welding accuracy of the frame are guaranteed through a set of surface treatment done by CNC shot blasting machine, CNC sand blasting machine, CNC plastic spraying and baking equipment, paint spraying and baking equipment, annealing treatment done by hardness tester of annealing furnace and high-frequency quenching furnace,and finish machining done by CNC gantry milling plane cylindrical grinding. The automatic turnover mechanism of the frame automatically drops the welded finished products without manual handling, which saves time and reduces the labor intensity of workers.
2. The combined positioning tooling fixes the angle steel and the embedded strip, ensuring relatively accurate positioning, eliminating the need of manual line drawing and spot welding, saving labor and improving work efficiency.
3. Servo motor and precision deceleration form a driving deceleration system to ensure that there is enough torque to feed and the feeding is accurate.
4. Developed based on single chip microcomputer, the system is an internal program customized for civil defense industry. When welding, it can be edited only by filling in welding parameters. The operation of the system is easy to learn, and ordinary workers can operate by themselves after training and studying for 1~2 days.
5. The welding machine is powered by an anti-interference welder power supply customized by our company and domestic brand welder power supply manufacturers for civil defense angle steel welding, which greatly reduces the interference of the welder power supply to the system in the welding process and ensures the welding accuracy, welding quality and welding stability.
6. The welding gun is specially designed for welding angle steel by our company. The distance between the edges and corners of the angle bar is close, which is inconvenient for manual welding. This welding gun solves this problem very well.
Equipment performance
The 6-gun automatic welding is featured by strong function, high welding efficiency, good welding quality and consistency, and the welded products meet the requirements of civil defense general reference drawings, as follows:
1. Welding model: Three embedded strips can be welded on angle steel of any length within 8 meters at the same time. The modular mold can be used to weld various types of embedded strips just by replacing the mold heads.
2. Weld bead height: The weld bead height is controlled between 2 and 5 mm, and customers can change it within this range according to their own needs. Compared with general manual welding, the weld bead is smooth, beautiful and consistent.
3. Welding deformation: after welding, the thermal deformation up and down is about 5~10mm, and the deformation will shrink back during cooling, and the up and down deformation is about 3~5mm after complete cooling.
4. Welding efficiency: Taking welding of HFM1020 angle steel with a longitudinal length of 2.2 meters as an example, it takes about 2 minutes and 20 seconds to weld one piece, and counting the preparation time for feeding, about 10~12 pieces can be welded every hour, and about 80~100 pieces can be welded in eight hours per shift.
5. The equipment is operated automatically, which is easy to learn. With only two buttons, ordinary workers can operate by themselves after training and studying for 1~2 days. Only one ordinary operator needs to operate the equipment and load materials. After welding, the materials are automatically dropped without manual handling.
6. Welding stability: (1) The system adopts two-axis linkage to ensure welding speed and welding stability. (2) The welding machine is powered by an anti-interference welder power supply, which greatly reduces the interference of the welder power supply to the system during welding.
