Brief introduction
The CNC steel bar bending machine can design 500 types of steel bars through computer digital control, which can meet the requirements of various types of steel bar bending hoops for civil defense concrete doors. With regard to the processing technology of steel bar, generally the steel bar coil is straightened, cut, hoop bent, etc. by using a single machine. Besides, it wastes a lot of steel and labor intensity, occupies a large space and has low productivity with poor hooping size accuracy. The practical and economical CNC steel bar hoop bending machine is controlled by microcomputer programming, which can automatically complete the steel bar sizing, straightening, cutting and hoop bending, fast, labor-saving, material-saving and land-saving. The servo motor drive controlled by microcomputer programming has accurate action, low noise and high productivity. Nearly a thousand different curves can be input by computer to automatically form hoops, which is simple, fast and waste-free, and the formed hoops can work in narrow areas. The steel bar machine is an improved structure of the steel bar bending machine. The utility model comprises speed reducer, big gear, pinion gear and curved coil surface, and is characterized by a CNC steel bar machine in the structure: a two-stage braking motor is directly connected with the speed reducer for one-stage deceleration; the pinion gear and the big gear engage for secondary deceleration; the big gear always drives the curved coil surface to rotate; the curved disk surface is provided with a central shaft hole and several curved shaft holes; several positioning shaft holes are respectively arranged on the positioning square bar of the workbench surface. Since the two-stage brake motor and the reducer are directly connected to perform the first-stage deceleration, the ratio of input and output revolutions of the CNC steel bar hoop bending machine is accurate, the bending speed is stable and precise, and the conversion speed can be electrically automatically controlled, so that the brake can ensure the bending angle. The central shaft can be replaced for easy maintenance. Intelligent control can be adopted.
1. There are many kinds of machinable steel bars with diameters ranging from 5mm to 12mm, so they are widely used.
2. It has high precision, the tolerance of steel bar processing length is controlled within 3mm, and the visual error of processing together does not exceed+/-1.5 degrees. This machining accuracy greatly exceeds manual operation.
3. The operation scale is large. The steel bar, whether it is placed regularly (such as a coil) or irregularly, can be smoothly fed and straightened.
4. It can process hot-rolled and cold-drawn steel bars, regardless of whether it is a coil or not.
5. Ensure the useful utilization rate of steel bar. Being controlled by computer, the processing is based on the feeding, thus the steel bar can be used to the maximum extent.
6. Use computer to control the steel bar processing procedure. To change the shape of steel bar processing, just select the required processing type on the control panel. Some processing shapes that need to be added or deleted can be realized by software calibration.
