Kaibang CNC profile steel blanking machine
This machine adopts six-axis cutting system, which realizes the automatic cutting of I-beams, channel steel and angle steel. One profile steel cutting machine is equal to 5-8 blanking & cutting workers, which greatly improves the cutting efficiency and reduces the labor cost and employment risk of enterprises;

Details Introduction
System
The system is developed based on single chip microcomputer, and a lot of galleries are made separately. When cutting, it only needs to call up the gallery and fill in the parameters to complete the programming, so that ordinary workers can operate it. The system has the same teaching function as robots, and can cut non-standard I-beams, channel steels and angle irons easily. This system can be independently designed to meet the needs of acceleration or deceleration, thick or thin plates, and automatically change the speed, simple and easy to operate. This system adopts six-axis linkage function, which greatly improves the cutting speed and gloss.
Burning torch
It’s a burning torch specially designed by our company for cutting I-beams (the problem encountered in cutting I-beams is that there are many perforations and each cutting torch consumes a lot). Designed with double cables and double backwater, this burning torch adopts can be used for both air cooling and water cooling, and only needs one pair of cutting torch per day, thus reducing the later consumption cost.
Frame
The hardness and precision of the frame are significantly improved through a set of surface treatment done by CNC shot blasting machine, CNC sand blasting machine, CNC plastic spraying and baking equipment, paint spraying and baking equipment, annealing treatment done by hardness tester of annealing furnace and high-frequency quenching furnace, and finish machining done by CNC gantry milling plane cylindrical grinding. The frame adopts one-time feeding, with more accurate positioning.
Equipment performance
The CNC plasma steel cutting machine can cut I-beam at a maximum size of 400mm and at a minimum size of 100mm, cut angle steel at a maximum size of 200mm and at a minimum size of 80mm, and cut channel steel at a minimum size of 400mm and at a minimum size of 100mm. The cutting precision error is within 1.5mm, and more than 200 140# I-beams with a length of 520mm can be cut in eight hours a day.
