On the basis of learning the welding robots and other welding manipulators at home and abroad, our company independently developed this planar joint welding manipulator, which has the following remarkable advantages:

1. The welding manipulator, featured by simple structure, low cost and very high cost performance, can basically complete all kinds of welding workpieces that welding robots can complete.

2. Accurate alignment and zeroing are important basic functions of manipulator. Compared with the zeroing methods estimated by eyes of various domestic and foreign manipulators, each axis of this manipulator is provided with a zeroing position pointer and a laser alignment device, so that the user's alignment and zeroing operations are more accurate and convenient, and the system accuracy is greatly improved.

3. The equipment can be installed vertically or upside down to meet various welding requirements of users.

4. The control system is 6-axis, and the displacement mechanism can be additionally configured to meet the needs of welding workpieces from multi directions.
